Shipping Policy
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Roxistat has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as stock is ready. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your in-stock items immediately and send the pre-order item separately as soon as it is ready — at no additional shipping cost.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at roxistatvisuals@gmail.com
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Roxistat is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
