Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
What Can Be Returned
Items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Pre-order items follow the same return policy, starting from the date of delivery
What Cannot Be Returned
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned after the 14-day window
Items without original tags or packaging

How to Start a Return

Email us at roxistatvisuals@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on where to send your item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Want a different size? We're happy to exchange it as long as your size is available. Email us with your order number and the size you need and we'll confirm availability before you send anything back.

If the size you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
