Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. Email us at roxistatvisuals@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received anything within 5 business days, contact us.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes? +
Not currently, but we're working on it. Stay tuned.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? +
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days on standard shipping, or 2–4 business days with expedited. International orders take 10–21 business days. All times are from the date of shipment, not order placement.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100, and free international shipping on orders over $200.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. For full details visit our Shipping page.
Pre-Order
What is a pre-order? +
Pre-orders allow you to secure a limited item before it's produced. You're charged at the time of purchase and your item ships as soon as it's ready.
When will my pre-order ship? +
Pre-order timelines vary by item. The Anti-Camo Hoodie pre-order will ship as soon as production is complete. We'll keep you updated by email.
I ordered a pre-order and an in-stock item. When will they arrive? +
We'll ship your in-stock item immediately and send your pre-order separately once it's ready — at no extra shipping cost to you.
Sizing
How do your sizes run? +
Our pieces are true to size with a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What size is the model wearing in the photos? +
The model on the shorts page is 6ft, 170 lbs and is wearing size XL.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start a return.
Can I exchange my item for a different size? +
Yes — if your size is available, we're happy to exchange it. Reach out to roxistatvisuals@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Are pre-order items returnable? +
Yes, pre-order items follow the same return policy as in-stock items — 14 days from the date of delivery, unworn and unwashed.
Product
How do I care for my Roxistat pieces? +
Machine wash cold, turn inside out, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — hang dry is recommended. Do not bleach. Cool iron only if needed.
What fabric is used? +
The Anti-Camo Shorts are made from 440 GSM Cotton Twill, 100% Cotton. The Anti-Camo Hoodie is 500 GSM French Terry Cotton, 100% Cotton. Both are heavyweight, built to last.
