We want you to love your Roxistat order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at roxistatvisuals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size if stock is available. Email roxistatvisuals@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered, items returned after 14 days, items without original tags, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Roxistat is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at roxistatvisuals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items follow the same return policy, with the 14-day window starting from the date of delivery.
